But, we must start this screed with the embed below.  As you think about the embed think about why a veritable dimwit like Scott Walker (Governor WI) has ranking in the GOP 1016 presidential pack.

The conservative dumb question the week.

MAKE IT STOP! MAKE IT STOP! THE STUPID….IT BUUUUUUUUURNNNNSSSS!

Earlier the week, democrats in the US Senate blocked a Republican Bill to strip funding from Planned Parenthood. The legislative actions was noteworthy many reasons, but imagine a critical item left as the dust settles.

A leading GOP presidential candidate has again found himself using that increasingly familiar vernacular, “I misspoke” “I was inarticulate”

On Tuesday, Jeb Bush during an interview an audience of Southern Baptists, called end Planned Parenthood’s federal payments.  As is often the case, an on an increasing basis, the leading conservative contender for the GOP nomination spoke for his heart about an issue that should trouble US women in the millions. His comments were especially revealing regarding younger child bearing aged women.  If you seriously think the GOP is not anti-woman and you do not think the party is not perpetrating a war on non-married younger women consider this: Bush suggested that women’s health issues were over-funded.

“I’m not sure we need a half-billion dollars for women’s health issues.”

Jeb Bush would follow Barack Obama as the 44th President of the United States and he (at this stage in his campaign) goes front of a group of veritable evangelicals and declares the nation spends too much on women’;s health. The GOP candidates are the weirdest lot of Koch brothers minions imaginable.

Within hours, the words come flow “I misspoke.”

With regards to women’s health funding broadly, I misspoke, as there are countless community health centers, rural clinics, and other women’s health organizations that need to be fully funded. They provide critical services to all, but particularly low-income women who don’t have the access they need.
I was referring to the hard-to-fathom $500 million in federal funding that goes to Planned Parenthood – an organization that was callously participating in the unthinkable practice of selling fetal organs. Democrats and Republicans agree we absolutely must defund them and redirect those funds to other women’s health organizations.
There was brief confusion over the statement due to discrepancies between a version sent to reporters and one posted online, which was taken down after a few minutes.

@ZekeJMillerHuh— “I misspoke” is not in the version of Jeb statement emailed out to reporters. It’s online here https://jeb2016.com/statement-federal-funding-planned-parenthood/?lang=en

Shouldn’t the nation expect more from a candidate for the US Presidency.
