The ShootersUnlike mainstream media, I will not glorify or give further notoriety the perpetrators in this post, identifying them only by sex and age. Firstly the basics – sex, race and age of the perpetrators:
Sex of the shooter is fairly much a no-brainer – female spree/school shooters are rare, and the one entry here is only because I lowered the level to three fatalities.
Race of the shooter – there is a nearly 80% chance that the perpetrator will be white.
Age group – broadly speaking, there is about a one-third representation for teens, twenties, and 30-52.
In addition to an ability to acquire weapons, the killer’s (in many cases) suffer from another manageable reality. Their acts are ultimately exhibitions of a demented form of “White Privilege.”
American Privilege like no other
White privilege (or white skin privilege) is a term for societal privileges that benefit white people in Western countries beyond what is commonly experienced by non-white people under the same social, political, or economic circumstances.[note 1] According to McIntosh and Lee, whites in a society considered culturally a part of the Western World enjoy advantages that non-whites do not experience.[1] The term denotes both obvious and less obvious passive advantages that white persons may not recognize they have, which distinguishes it from overt bias or prejudice.[2] These include cultural affirmations of one’s own worth; presumed greater social status; and freedom to move, buy, work, play, and speak freely.[1] The effects can be seen in professional, educational, and personal contexts.[3] The concept of white privilege also implies the right to assume the universality of one’s own experiences, marking others as different or exceptional while perceiving oneself as normal.[4][5]
White skin privilege is not something that white people necessarily do, create or enjoy on purpose. Unlike the more overt individual and institutional manifestations of racism described above, white skin privilege is a transparent preference for whiteness that saturates our society. White skin privilege serves several functions. First, it provides white people with “perks” that we do not earn and that people of color do not enjoy. Second, it creates real advantages for us. White people are immune to a lot of challenges. Finally, white privilege shapes the world in which we live — the way that we navigate and interact with one another and with the world.
Since the phrase can be inflammatory and often met with reticent disbelief, Let’s en-capsulize it (from just above): “white privilege shapes the world in which we live — the way that we navigate and interact with one another and with the world.” When coupled with mental instability, social deprivation, and learned racism (probably from a parent) we have a recipe for social deviates who kill or who affiliate with those who bond in hatred.
Mass killers are the purist for of terrorist. They act alone in perpetrating their assumed and deviate privilege, but they are not the deepest threat to our society. A deeper threat is the growing reality of white supremacist and the tacit acceptance of their ever-present support for the GOP. Privilege grown to a level of social madness.

It’s reported that many white supremacist groups are encouraging their members to join the military in order to acquire free training for what they call “Rahowa,” short for racial holy war. In recent years, the U.S. Defense department has stepped up efforts to ferret out white supremacists and other “rogue” elements within the military. The 1995 Oklahoma City bombing was carried out by two former Army soldiers and the bombing killed 168 people. These soldiers had ties to anti-government militias.
Many — if not most — anti-government militias are deeply connected to white supremacist organizations. One strong indicator that these groups hold strong racist views is this chart, which shows the astounding rise in “Patriot & Militia” groups from 1995-2012.
